Email Updates
Clients will receive an order confirmation once the dispatcher enters it into the system, a notification of the pick-up arrival and departure times, and finally, an email once delivered, including the POD (proof of delivery, signature) time when the job is complete.
Stored Information
Our system saves everything we do. We can tell you what was delivered, when, where, and who signed for it, all the way back to 2005! Not only does our system save previous orders, but it also saves addresses and contacts for future orders.
