Utilizing our fleet of cargo vans, we can deliver your small envelopes or large parcels, giving you the peace of mind that your packages won’t be handled multiple times prior to delivery.

Full Truck Load (FTL): Using our fleet of 53-foot trailers, Straight Trucks, and our extraordinarily skilled drivers, we can handle transportation.

Less than Truck Load (LTL): Don’t have enough to fill an entire truck? We can handle your freight.

Having your own private fleet of vehicles may sound like a cheaper option than outsourcing, but what happens when someone can’t work, or a vehicle doesn’t start? Sometimes, delivering to the dock won’t cut it. You tell us where you want it and we will make sure it is there. Clients work with us because we make certain that our personnel complete the full delivery, not half the delivery.

All trucks in our 16ft – 26ft fleet are equipped with a liftgate.

If extra protection is required for delicate items, all of our vehicles can be equipped with blankets to protect your delicate freight, at no additional charge to you. Check out our equipment page for more details.

Working with dealers throughout the metropolitan area, we have developed the expertise and confidence to transport motorcycles, rolling. Using soft ties and specialty straps, our staff will transport these motorcycles upright, fully assembled, without crating, and ready for sale.

Need freight to be installed on-site? On Time Delivery Service Inc.^™ offers minor assembly on-site. We will pick up the product flat packed, bring it on-site, and assemble. With our 5-million-dollar liability, we are able to access most buildings in New York City.

If you need delicate products transported safely and securely – delicate freight is our specialty. Regardless of size, On Time Delivery Service Inc.^™ can get it done. Our vehicles are already outfitted to accommodate most unforeseen obstacles.

We are pioneering “Trailer Last Mile”. Through interline shipping, we collaborate with other motor carriers that don’t want to bring their trailers into New York City, its boroughs, and Long Island. Our yard is sufficiently sized to hold several empty trailers. So, all your drivers have to do is drop, hook, and leave us the paperwork!
